Kristina M. Hadges is manager for the MySQL.com customer-facing web properties. She leads a four member, worldwide distributed team consisting of web design, web content, web analytics and web engineering talent. Responsibilities include day-to-day people and project management, employee development, managing stakeholder relationships, quality assurance, web site design, banner design, content publishing and overseeing the sites.

When she is not working on MySQL projects, Kristina enjoys activities such as bouldering and aerial fabrique, as well as the mental pursuits of philosophy and mathematics.
